Any possible registration limit has now passed.........
For cancellations after June 27, prepaid registration fees can not be reimbursed.

Early registration and hotel reservation deadline: May 1^st, has now passed.
Please note that after this deadline, the surplus of the bulk reservation at the hotels will be cancelled in order to avoid liabilities for unused hotel rooms. Therefore, after May 1st it may be very difficult to find a hotel room at conference pricing.

Late registration fee is NOK 2000
Conference dinner: NOK 400
Cancellation fee: NOK 250.

Restaurant dinners are expensive in Norway, so unfortunately it could only be partially covered by the registration fee.

If you do can not pay by any of the accepted credit cards, please contact the LOC for alternative arrangements.

Absolutely latest date for payment by credit card is Friday, June 10.
After this date, you will have to register at registration desk,  and cash payment in NOK only can be accepted.

A social program will be arranged for Wednesday afternoon. This is not finalized yet. Registered participants will be notified further and asked to sign up by email.
